I read something recently that hit me right between the eyes:

“The hard part is that you lose the map. If you’ve outsourced your definition of success your whole life, having to define it yourself feels like losing GPS mid-drive. You have to build your sense of direction while you’re already moving.” — Shane Parrish

Doesn’t that sound like life? We start out thinking somebody else will tell us where to go—family, culture, even church traditions. But then comes a moment when the old maps don’t fit anymore. And it feels like you’re driving without GPS, still moving, but not always sure if you’re heading the right way.

That’s when faith becomes more than Sunday words. It becomes the compass. God doesn’t always hand us a full map, but He promises to guide step by step. Sometimes all we get is the next turn, the next act of obedience, the next “trust Me.”

So here’s your postcard for today: Losing the map isn’t the end. It might just be the moment God hands you the compass.

Until next time - grace, peace, and every blessing.
